A brief compilation of data on 7 cryptoartists on SuperRare; Coldie, Hackatao, Gary Cartlidge, Suryanto, Max Osiris, Ms. A.L. Simpson, and Yusaymon, is presented. These data can be used to quickly identify candidate works for art collectors, and may be useful for predicting future trends.

THE DATA

I compiled a list of all art created by each artist above on SuperRare on Jan 30, 2021, from most recent (top) to oldest works (bottom)(Figure 2). Valuations over 1000 eth were regarded as outliers and were generally not considered. Raw, the data look like this:

Fig. 2: Cryptoart for sale on SuperRare (1/30/2021).

Total number of pieces minted ranges from a low of 87 (Suryanto) to a high of 260 (Ms. A.L. Simpson). The “floor” (minimum priced work) for the different artists range from a low of ~1 eth to a high of 15.45 eth (Hackatao)(Figure 3).

An unexpected metric to emerge is the percent of minted works for sale, ranging from a high of a high of 28% (Coldie; 31/110) to a low of 14% (Gary; 13/90)(Figure 4).
